What we promise

Built for how you live

Separate areas, separate entrances

Sisters and brothers train in their own areas and come in through their own doors.

A timetable built around salah

If the adhan falls during a class, the class finishes its hour. Then everyone prays.

Real coaching, from beginner to competition

Start from zero, or train for your next fight. BJJ, Muay Thai, boxing and conditioning.

From the Sunnah

Strength is part of the deen

“The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, and there is good in both.”

Sahih Muslim 2664

“Rukanah wrestled the Prophet (peace be upon him), and the Prophet threw him.”

Sunan Abi Dawud 4078 · Jami‘ at-Tirmidhi 1784

“The strong one is not the one who throws people in wrestling. The strong one is the one who controls himself when angry.”

Sahih al-Bukhari 6114 · Sahih Muslim 2609

We train the body and the character together: strength on the mats, control off them.

How the timetable works

You never choose between a class and salah

Example evening. Adhan times change through the year, and the timetable moves with them.

  1. A class starts.

  2. The adhan falls during it. Nobody leaves the mat halfway.

  3. The class finishes its hour.

  4. Everyone prays.

  5. The next class starts after salah.
